We will also be posting blogs on a regular basis, covering design, the people behind the project and all things Kirkstall Forge.

Kirkstall Forge is a brand new neighbourhood. Nestled in a wooded valley sits over 57 acres with 15 acres of masterplanned green space, it is surrounded by a further 150 acres of natural woodland and counts the famous Kirkstall Abbey as it’s neighbourhood. The greenery stretches as far as the eye can see, but what makes this location unique is the dedicated railway station that transports you into Leeds City Centre in just 6 minutes. That’s not all, Bradford, the Yorkshire Dales and Saltaire can be also reached by train in the opposite direction offering the best of the Yorkshire countryside with quick connections to city life.

Speaking of the best, we’re working with the best British architects to bring our vision for Kirkstall Forge to life. Feilden Clegg Bradley, the RIBA award winning architects have masterplanned the whole development, taking inspirations and learnings from their Accordia scheme in Cambridge which is the only residential development to have won the prestigious Stirling prize for its innovative design. Our offices have been designed by the renowned Cooper Cromar, creating a world class building that befits its world class environment. We truly believe that this development will set a new benchmark in Leeds and raise the standards of what you can expect in an office and a new home, right here at Kirkstall Forge.

There will be 1,050 homes, 300,000 sq ft of office space, 0ver 100,000 sq feet of retail and leisure facilities including, bars, cafes, shops, restaurants, a gym and a brand new primary school.

We believe you can have it all, and we will be on hand to assist you with our proactive estates management team – Kirkstall Forge Life. The Kirkstall Forge Life team will be arranging events and activities along with an online portal to help build a strong and welcoming community. We are keen to take advantage of the natural amenities we have surrounding the development and we will offer a running club, cycling club, walking clubs that use the existing woodland trails and canal towpath to promote a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Kirkstall Forge has a proud history, dating back to the Cistercian monks of Kirkstall Abbey, producing high quality products and we want to ensure that the newest chapter of its legacy upholds those values of quality and its Yorkshire roots.
