The 57 acre development sits 3.5 miles outside of Leeds and has been master-planned to include 1,050 homes, 400,000 sq ft of offices, retail and leisure, and a primary school. The dedicated on-site train station puts the development just a six minute journey from central Leeds.
Benefiting from its natural surroundings, the masterplan retains the wooded perimeter for use as an exercise trail, connecting to existing woodland walks and extends the river footpath. The plans also includes a gym, playgrounds, an open meadow and the bridge across the railway line connects to the canal towpath and open space beyond the site.
