Forging Futures Campus – Professional Apprenticeships

Forging Futures Campus – Professional Apprenticeships

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Forging Futures Campus – Professional Apprenticeships.

Working in partnership with En:Able Futures, made possible by the support of our consultant teams. This will truly be a varied and exciting apprenticeship programme.

What is the Forging Futures Campus – Professional Apprenticeships programme?

Our apprenticeship programme will take place over two years, and during this time you will be employed by EN:Able Futures to work with a range of partnering host companies to provide you with a wealth of skills and experience that you simply won’t find anywhere else.

What can you gain?

  • Future employment
  • Relevant and transferable skills from working within a variety of work places
  • Direct, sector specific experience alongside industry professionals
  • The opportunity to gain advanced, nationally recognised qualifications while earning a real wage
  • Valuable support throughout the programme including full wrap-around pastoral support and high-quality information, advice and guidance. This ensures you have all the support you need to stay on track and succeed.
  • Additional financial support for travel expenses
  • Real progression opportunities after the apprenticeship into full time, fully paid work and/or higher-level qualifications when desired

This apprenticeship will offer candidates the opportunity to gain both qualifications and work experience at the same time, providing a solid foundation to kick-start your chosen career in the property management industry.

Who can apply?

We welcome applications from anyone aged between 16-24 years old.

Where will the apprenticeship be based?

As this is an apprenticeship, most of the learning and working takes place within a workplace, although there will be block of time each week spent in a local college. Over the course of the two years, the apprenticeship will take place within four or more different workplaces, starting with CEG. We will confirm the other companies and locations shortly.
