What-a-Movie is proud to announce that they are coming to Kirkstall Forge, Leeds for the first time this May for a blockbuster outdoor cinema experience from the comfort and safety of your own car.

“Everyone needs something to look forward to at the moment, so following the great success of What-a-Movies Summer and Christmas events we are delighted to be screening a further choice of blockbuster and family movies as we come out of lockdown at Kirkstall Forge.” Mike Hanson of What A Movie added “As before, the screenings will take place in accordance with government guidelines on social distancing to ensure the safety of guests. Everything will be contactless, including food ordering and delivery, and cars will be parked a safe distance apart.”

There will be nine screenings across three days, including family favourites Back To The Future, Paddington and Jurassic Park. Films will be shown on a large high quality LED screen allowing for daylight screenings, with sound transmitted direct to your car radio by tuning in to an FM Frequency.

Screenings will take place at Kirkstall Forge in Leeds on Friday 14th, Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th May 2021. Please be assured that all events will strictly adhere to government guidelines on social distancing, with contactless ticket scanning on entry, marshalled parking allowing for at least two metre distances between cars.
