We were delighted to support the ADHD Foundations, Umbrella Project for Neurodiversity Week 2023 along with our tenants Zenith. This month, colourful Umbrellas were displayed in reception at Number One, Kirkstall Forge.

Neurodiversity describes the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways. The word neurodiversity refers to the diversity of all people, but it is often used in the contact of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as other neurological or developmental conditions such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia and Tourette’s. Did you know at least 15% of the working population have some neurodivergent traits? Neurodiversity celebration week is to help the world understand, value and celebrate the many talents and strengths of neurodiverse minds.
