We are excited to host the RICS Residential Group at Number One, Kirkstall Forge on Thursday 26th March for an exciting event around the latest developments in modern methods of construction & warranty for our residential surveyors and anyone else who is interested in hearing from our guest speakers, Jeff Maxted (BLP Insurance) and Terry Mundy (Lloyd’s Register) who will talk about the Build Offsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) and why non-traditional construction systems are the way forward and what the BOPAS system involves.
Andy Frankish, New Homes Director from the Mortgage Advice Bureau will also be joining us as a guest speaker to discuss modern methods of construction from a mortgage advisor point of view.
CEG will offer their viewpoint on why for developers, these modern methods of construction are beneficial and more efficient and how this has been used in the construction of their prototype houses.
We are really excited to offer an exclusive, behind the scenes tour of the prototype houses at the award-winning development. These prototype houses are the first residential part of the Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios designed development.
